Mobile Games FAQ
Questions specific to our mobile games — QuizSwipe and DiceBaby on iOS and Android. Downloads, in-app purchases, ad-tracking settings, privacy, account-free design, and support. For studio-level questions see the Studio FAQ; for browser games see the Browser Games FAQ.
Do your mobile games cost anything?
No, both QuizSwipe and DiceBaby are free to download on iOS and Android. They include optional in-app purchases for ad removal or cosmetic items, and show non-intrusive advertising through Google AdMob. You can play either game fully without spending money.
Do I need an account to play the mobile apps?
No. Our mobile games have no account system. Your progress is stored locally on your device. There is no login, no registration, no email required.
What data do the mobile apps collect?
Our mobile apps collect standard free-to-play telemetry: your device's advertising identifier (for ad targeting, with your consent), anonymous usage analytics, and crash reports. We do not collect your name, email, location, photos, or contacts. See each app's privacy policy for the full list.
Can I turn off personalized ads?
Yes. On iOS, the app asks for tracking permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency dialog — you can decline, and you'll still see ads, just non-personalized ones. On Android, you'll see a similar consent dialog (Google's User Messaging Platform). You can change your choice any time in your device settings.
How do I restore in-app purchases on a new device?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase, your items will be restored. Apple and Google handle the receipt verification — we don't store your purchase info.
What age are your mobile games for?
Both QuizSwipe and DiceBaby are rated 12+. The rating reflects the presence of advertising and in-app purchases, which app stores generally require for 12+. The actual gameplay is suitable for all ages — DiceBaby in particular is designed to be cozy and family-friendly.
How do I get support for a mobile game?
Each app has its own support page: QuizSwipe support and DiceBaby support. For quick questions, email info@driftmothgames.com — we respond within 48 hours on weekdays.
When will the mobile apps launch?
QuizSwipe is targeting summer 2026; DiceBaby is targeting fall 2026. Both will launch on iOS and Android simultaneously. Release dates are not final — check each app's product page for the latest expected launch.
